2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website shop.stilmobili.com to final consumers (individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity). Purchases by companies or professionals are governed by the regulations applicable between businesses.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Availability

The descriptions, images, and prices of the products on the website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Stilmobili undertakes to ensure the accuracy of the information but cannot rule out typographical or technical errors.

Product availability is indicated on the product page and updated in real time. If an ordered product is unavailable, Stilmobili will contact the customer within 3 business days to offer an alternative product or proceed with a full refund.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the website are in Euros and include 22% VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and communicated before order confirmation. Stilmobili reserves the right to change prices at any time; orders already confirmed are not subject to price changes.

5. Order Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract

The order is completed by following these steps:

• Adding products to the cart
• Entering shipping and billing details
• Selection of the payment method
• Order review and acceptance of the Terms
• Confirmation and payment

The sales contract is finalized when Stilmobili sends the order confirmation to the customer’s email address. The order confirmation summarizes the products purchased, the total price, the shipping details, and the terms of the contract. Stilmobili reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of technical errors, product unavailability, or payment irregularities.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Advance bank transfer (shipping subject to receipt of payment)

All online payments are protected by an SSL/TLS connection. Card details are not stored by Stilmobili but are handled directly by PCI-DSS-certified payment providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made via selected express couriers. The estimated delivery times indicated in the product details begin upon payment confirmation:

• Products ready for delivery: 2–5 working days
• Made-to-order products: times indicated in the product details (generally 4–12 weeks)

Stilmobili is not liable for delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control. In the event of non-delivery, the customer must contact the courier within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt notice.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send written notice before the deadline to info@stilmobili.com or by registered mail with return receipt to the company’s registered office address, clearly indicating the intention to withdraw and the order details.

Product return

The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal, in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

Stilmobili will refund the price of the product, including the original shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a shipping method other than the standard method), within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that it has been shipped. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-measure products produced according to the customer's specifications
• Sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, opened after delivery

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by Stilmobili are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Arts. 128–135 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced or, in cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The legal warranty is valid for 2 years from delivery of the product. The defect must be reported within 2 months of its discovery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Stilmobili is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products purchased, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. In any event, Stilmobili's total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute relating to this contract, consumers may use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Alternatively, consumers may contact mediation or conciliation bodies operating in Italy.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005. For relations between professionals, the exclusive court of jurisdiction is that of Bari.
