Alberto Gozzi, a refined interpreter of the Italian culinary tradition, and Gualtiero Marchesi, the father of the new Italian cuisine, also contributed to the project: a rare triad in which formal ingenuity meets gastronomic expertise. The result is a cooking system conceived both for the professional chef and for anyone who regards the stovetop as a place for reflection and pleasure.
