Alessi — 9096 B | Creamer in stainless steel and black PA

There is something theatrical about the gesture of pouring milk into your morning coffee. Alessi’s 9096 B creamer transforms that everyday moment into a small domestic ceremony: mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel, enhanced by details in matte black polyamide that define its color contrasts with almost painterly precision. The form is compact and measured, able to sit on the table with the quiet naturalness of well-designed things. This piece was designed by Michael Graves, the American architect who brought postmodernism to household objects in the 1980s with cultivated irony and compositional rigor. His partnership with Alessi is part of contemporary design history: begun in 1985 with the famous 9093 kettle - the one with the bird-shaped whistle - it expanded into a family of tea and coffee accessories that express the same formal vocabulary throughout every piece in the collection. The 9096 B creamer is an integral part of it, designed to coordinate with the teapot and the other elements in the collection, yet able to stand on its own with dignity. At Stilmobili, we chose this piece because it represents exactly what we believe in: design as a language that elevates everyday life without making it artificial. It is the right object for anyone who sets a table with intention, welcomes guests with care, or considers breakfast a moment worthy of aesthetic attention. A sure-to-impress gift, even for someone who seems to already have everything. Project notes: capacity 20 cl, diameter 10.5 cm, height 4.5 cm. Polished 18/10 stainless steel with black polyamide elements. Designer: Michael Graves.
