Alessi — AMJ13 6 | Little angel, blown-glass Christmas ornament

There is something ancient and precious about the gesture of hanging a blown-glass bauble on the Christmas tree. Alessi's L'Angioletto belongs to that tradition and reinvents it with the lightness of someone who knows that beauty needs no explanation. Nine centimeters in diameter, made of blown glass and hand-decorated with the artisan care that makes each piece a small one-of-a-kind: no two pieces are identical, and that is exactly the point. L'Angioletto was created through a collaboration between the creative collective LPWK and Marcello Jori, a Bolognese artist and illustrator with a wide-ranging career - spanning author comics, painting, and design - who brought his visionary and gentle imagination to the "A di Alessi" collection. "A di Alessi" is one of the freest and most experimental lines from the Crusinallo manufacturer: a laboratory where the boundary between design object and applied artwork becomes deliberately porous, and where Christmas becomes an opportunity to reflect on the happiness of forms. At Stilmobili, we chose it because we believe that decorating a home intelligently is an act of care just as much as choosing a sofa or a lamp. L'Angioletto is for those who want even seasonal details to speak the same language as the rest of the space: refined, thoughtful, never banal. It is the right gift for someone who already has everything - or for treating yourself to a tree worth looking at. Project notes: hand-decorated blown glass, 9 cm in diameter, weight 168 g. A di Alessi collection, autumn/winter program. Designer: Marcello Jori for LPWK.
