Alessi — Amore al Cubo GJ02 GJ02 18 | Blown glass Christmas decoration

A heart enclosed in glass, suspended between artisan tradition and the irreverent playfulness of contemporary design. Amore al Cubo is a blown-glass Christmas ornament, entirely hand-decorated, in which the round, luminous shape of the classic bauble becomes the vehicle for a dense, almost manifesto-like message of affection. Its compact dimensions - seven and a half centimeters at its widest diameter, six and a half in depth - make it a precious object in its lightness, capable of capturing the tree's light and returning it multiplied in warm, intimate reflections. Behind this little Christmas jewel are two of the most eclectic and vibrant names on the Italian creative scene: Massimo Giacon and Marcello Jori. Artists, comic book creators, and cult designers, the two have built their careers across disciplinary boundaries, bringing to Alessi the same hybrid energy that characterizes the best of the “Factory of Dreams” in Crusinallo. Their collaboration for the AlessiPalinsesto collection produces objects that do more than decorate: they tell stories, smile, and move us. We chose it for Stilmobili because it perfectly embodies that distinctly Italian tension between irony and sentiment, between craftsmanship and design. It is the right choice for anyone looking for an unconventional ornament, a Christmas gift with soul and provenance, something to hang with care and display with pride. Ideal for Alessi collectors and for those discovering the world of design for the first time through an unexpected gateway: emotions. Project notes: hand-decorated blown glass, dimensions 7.5 × 3.5 × 6.5 cm, weight 133 g. Part of the AlessiPalinsesto fall/winter collection. Code GJ02 18.
