Alessi — BMGS01/22 | Human Collection stainless steel salad bowl

There is something profoundly human in the act of sharing a salad at the table - passing the bowl, serving, coming together. The BMGS01/22 salad bowl from Alessi's Human Collection was born from precisely this reflection: an everyday object that becomes a mirror of relationships. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a diameter of 22 centimetres and a capacity of 60 cl, the bowl stands out for its clean form and a surface that captures and reflects light with that quiet quality only rigorously crafted metal can offer. The Human Collection is designed by the creative duo Moretti-Savoy, Alessi collaborators capable of moving effortlessly between function and visual language. Their design approach always begins with the observer - the body, the gesture, the domestic ritual - to arrive at forms that seem inevitable, as if they could not have been otherwise. In this salad bowl, simplicity is not an absence of thought: it is the result of a conscious process of subtraction. At Stilmobili, we chose this collection because it represents what we look for in every object we bring into the store: the ability to be useful without giving up beauty, to inhabit the table without overpowering it. It is the ideal piece for anyone who wants to create a cohesive and refined table setting, or for those looking for a tasteful gift with lasting appeal that never goes out of style. Design notes: 18/10 stainless steel, diameter 22 cm, capacity 60 cl, weight 363 g. Seasonal spring/summer collection. Dishwasher safe.
