Alessi — BONES ABGMP-2222 | Iacchetti stainless steel lid

A lid has never been so eloquent. BONES asserts itself with the silent strength of an object that knows it is more than it seems: polished stainless steel, a clean, round shape, and at the center a forged knob that invites the hand with a sculptural presence, almost bony in name and intention. Holding it means gripping something solid, considered, alive. The project bears the signature of Giulio Iacchetti, one of the most thoughtful Italian designers of his generation, capable of finding cultural depth even in the most everyday objects. With BONES, Iacchetti explores the tension between the kitchen utensil - functional, anonymous, destined for heat and steam - and the design gesture that rescues it from invisibility. The forged knob is not a detail: it is the point at which the object reveals its character, its identity. At Stilmobili, we chose BONES because it belongs to that rare category of pieces that transform the everyday into something memorable. It is the ideal complement for those who furnish their kitchen with the same care they bring to decorating the living room: people who do not separate aesthetics from function, who cook mindfully and want every object on the stovetop to tell a story. Perfect as a standalone piece or as a refined housewarming gift. Design notes: diameter 24 cm, height 4.5 cm. Stainless steel with forged knob. Limited-edition production - fall/winter collection, end of series confirmed. A piece to collect before it disappears.
