Alessi — Caccia 90022/5 A | Fruit fork in 925‰ silver

There is an almost musical purity in the line of the Caccia fork: the handle extends discreetly, the tines open with the precision of one who has nothing to prove. Made of 925‰ silver and available to order, this piece of cutlery carries the specific weight of genuine silver - cold to the touch, then immediately warm and companionable. Seventeen and a half centimeters of considered, not decorated, form: the ornament is the proportion itself. The Caccia collection emerged from one of the most extraordinary collaborations in the history of Italian design: Luigi Caccia Dominioni and brothers Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni designed it in 1938, with a vision that anticipated the vocabulary of good domestic design by decades. Now part of the Officina Alessi catalog - the line that preserves the most rarefied and artisanally ambitious designs from the Crusinallo manufacturer - this piece of cutlery is one of those rare objects in which history, material, and everyday gesture overlap effortlessly. At Stilmobili, we chose Caccia because it represents exactly what we seek for our clients' tables: not the object that impresses only once, but the one that reveals a little more of itself every day. It is the piece of cutlery for those who create a table setting with intention, for those who consider a silver service a cultural act before an aesthetic one. As it is classified as a discontinued item, its availability is limited: a detail that enhances its collectible value. Project notes: fruit fork, 925‰ sterling silver, length 17.70 cm, weight 72 g. Officina Alessi collection. Available to order. Original design 1938.
