Alessi — Caccia LCD01/2 | 18/10 stainless steel table fork

There is an almost architectural purity to the Caccia fork: the handle tapers gracefully toward the tines, drawing a line that gives nothing to ornament and everything to perfection of form. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, it gives the hand a calibrated weight and a polished surface that reflects light discreetly. Holding it is like holding something definitive — an object that has nothing left to prove. The Caccia service was created in 1938 through a collaboration destined to become legendary in Italian design: Luigi Caccia Dominioni, together with brothers Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, signed a design that anticipated the language of domestic modernism by decades. Alessi reproduces it faithfully to the original, aware that certain designs do not grow old — they simply reveal, as time passes, all their necessity. Caccia is one of those rare cases in which functional form and poetic form coincide completely. We at Stilmobili chose this fork because it represents exactly what we look for: objects that carry a story, a signature, and a design ethic. It is the right choice for those who set a table with the same care they use when choosing a work of art, for those who recognize an act of culture in an everyday detail. Ideal as a wedding gift or as a personal purchase for a table setting without compromise. Design notes: 18/10 stainless steel, length 19 cm, net weight 54 g. Design 1938, Luigi Caccia Dominioni with Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. Part of the Alessi Palinsesto spring/summer collection.
