Alessi — Caccia LCD01/3M | AISI 420 stainless steel monobloc knife

There is something absolute about the Caccia knife: a form that leaves nothing to the superfluous, born from the material itself and returning to it, without interruptions or seams. The one-piece AISI 420 steel construction is its aesthetic and structural manifesto: blade and handle merge into a single gesture of polished metal, cold to the touch yet capable of warming on the table like an object long awaited. Twenty-three centimeters of formal rigor that, once held, reveal surprisingly natural ergonomics. Behind this knife are three names that wrote fundamental pages in twentieth-century Italian design: Luigi Caccia Dominioni and brothers Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. Their collaboration with Alessi, begun after the war, led to the creation of a family of cutlery destined to become a timeless classic. The Caccia design embodies the spirit of those years - faith in industry as a laboratory for beauty, the conviction that every everyday object deserves the same attention afforded to architecture. At Stilmobili, we chose Caccia because it represents exactly what we look for when setting a quality table: not decorative quotation, but the quiet, assured presence of a piece that knows how to hold its place. It is the right knife for those who harmonize a carefully designed kitchen, for those who bring to the table an awareness of beauty as an everyday gesture rather than ostentation. Project notes: AISI 420 stainless steel, one-piece construction, length 23 cm. Part of the Alessi Palinsesto fall/winter collection. Code LCD01/3M.
