Alessi — & Cheese SG507 | Wood and stainless steel cheese set

There is an ancient ritual in the act of cutting and serving cheese: a moment suspended between conviviality and care, where the chosen tools say something precise about the person using them. The Alessi & Cheese set brings together three complementary pieces in a single proposal designed for serving at the table: the "Dressed in Wood" beechwood cutting board with its delicate raised decoration, the "Antechinus" knife in 18/10 stainless steel with a distinctive and functional shape, and the "Mami" cheese pick in 1.4116 steel with an 18/10 stainless steel handle - a precise tool designed for hard cheeses, which feels natural and secure in the hand. Behind this set lies one of Alessi's most successful philosophies: that of the range, namely the ability to make objects created by different hands - the designers are listed here as Various Designers - engage in dialogue within a cohesive whole in terms of style, materials, and vision. The cutting board belongs to the "Dressed in Wood" family designed by Marcel Wanders, the knife bears the signature of Queensberry Hunt's "Antechinus" collection, and the cheese pick derives from Stefano Giovannoni's "Mami" universe. Three languages, one table. We chose it for Stilmobili because it perfectly represents the kind of gift - or purchase for oneself - that makes sense when you love entertaining in style without compromising the quality of each piece. It is ideal for those who set the table with the same care they devote to their interiors: a curious guest will recognize it, while an enthusiast will appreciate it every time they use it. Project notes: solid beechwood cutting board with a raised decoration; 18/10 stainless steel knife; 1.4116 steel cheese pick with an 18/10 stainless steel handle. Net weight of the set: 1.230 kg. Alessi collection, fall/winter range.
