The Angel Christmas tree ball is part of the Le Palle Presepe project designed by Marcello Jori. With this project, the author wanted to suggest a new way of both setting up the nativity scene and decorating the fir tree. These Christmas decorations thus find new spaces in the domestic landscape: the Balls can decorate any corner of the house, be hung from a chandelier, a candlestick, the uprights or shelves of a bookcase, tied to a ribbon, composed in a Christmas wreath or simply decorate the traditional fir tree. The Palle Presepe are made of a sphere, produced by mouth-blowing the glass inside a mold. The hand decoration on a mirrored base produces an intense effect of brightness and depth of the decoration.
