Alessi — Circus MW30/75 | Wanders screen-printed glass jar

There is something festive yet refined about Marcel Wanders' Circus: an airtight jar that transforms the everyday act of storing food into an expression of style. The transparent glass body, sixteen centimeters high and generous in diameter, welcomes the light and lets you glimpse the contents, while the screen printing - the hallmark of this collection - covers the surface with circus patterns evoking canopies, acrobats, and the timeless allure of the big top. The tinplate lid closes everything with airtight precision, ensuring freshness and preservation without sacrificing aesthetics. Marcel Wanders, one of the most visionary Dutch designers of his time, has always inhabited the boundary between fairy tale and function, between authorial craftsmanship and industrial production. His work with Alessi is part of this productive tension: objects that tell stories, bringing to the table - or into the kitchen - a visual narrative rich in cultural references and playful irony. Circus is no exception: it is a project that celebrates wonder as a design principle. At Stilmobili, we chose Circus because it perfectly embodies the philosophy guiding our selection: design as everyday emotion. It is ideal for anyone who wants even the pantry, even the kitchen counter, to speak a precise and personal visual language. A distinctive gift, an accessory for thoughtfully designed interiors, a small work of art that shines in its own light. Project notes: capacity 75 cl, diameter 10.5 cm, height 16 cm. Screen-printed glass, tinplate lid. Airtight closure. Alessi fall/winter collection.
