Alessi — Clivo PU10/14 | Urquiola salad servers

There is something deliberately tactile about the way Clivo presents itself at the table. The salad servers designed by Patricia Urquiola for Alessi are made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a finish that catches the light without flaunting it, and a silhouette that conveys a balance between weight and lightness. Holding them is already a gesture: the curvature of the handle, designed to adapt to the natural grip, transforms serving salad into a small domestic ritual of precision and grace. Patricia Urquiola - a Spanish designer trained in Milan, among the most authoritative voices in contemporary design - brings her unmistakable signature to Clivo: attention to the formal tensions between the organic and the constructed, between declared function and tactile pleasure. The collection is part of Alessi's fall/winter lineup, designed to enrich the table during the months when the ritual of the home meal takes on greater meaning. Its generous size - 26 centimetres in length - ensures full functionality even for large salad bowls and gatherings with many diners. We chose Clivo because it represents exactly what we look for when selecting a kitchen object: not a simple accessory, but an element capable of bringing aesthetic coherence to the entire table setting. It is the ideal complement for those who have already made precise design choices and want every detail - even the most understated one - to speak the same language. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, dimensions 26 × 5.4 × 1.9 cm, net weight 360 g. Dishwasher safe. Designed by Patricia Urquiola for Alessi.
