Alessi — Collo-alto IS02/12 | Inga Sempé serving fork

There is something subtly human in the silhouette of the Collo-alto serving fork: a long, proud neck, almost a presence at the table before it is even held. Made of 18/10 stainless steel — a noble alloy that ensures lasting shine and durability over time — this serving utensil measures 25.50 cm of pure design intent. Form becomes gesture: bringing to the table, offering, sharing. Collo-alto was born from the pencil of Inga Sempé, a Parisian designer and one of the most refined voices in contemporary European design. Renowned for an approach that blends understated irony with formal rigor, Sempé gave this collection for Alessi a quiet yet recognizable personality: the elongated profile of the handle — the "high neck" that gives the entire line its name — transforms an everyday object into a small functional sculpture. The collaboration with Alessi is part of the tradition of the Italian Design Factory of involving international creators capable of reinterpreting the ritual of the table with a fresh perspective. At Stilmobili, we chose Collo-alto because it embodies exactly what we look for: objects with a signature and character that never overshadow the table on which they rest. It is the right choice for those who carefully set an important table, for those who want to combine aesthetics and function in every detail, or for those looking for a tasteful gift that can stand the test of time. The "end of series" designation makes it even more precious: a piece to collect before it disappears.
