Alessi — Colombina Fish FM23/18 | Stainless steel fish knife

There is something deliberately marine about the handle of Colombina Fish: a line that undulates like the profile of a coastline seen from above, a blade that glides with the silent precision of one who knows the rhythm of the sea. The FM23/18 fish knife is made of AISI 420 stainless steel, an alloy that combines corrosion resistance with a refined surface, capable of returning deep, even reflections to the light. Holding it already means understanding the design: balanced, fluid, with a discreet presence that does not forgo elegance. Colombina Fish was created by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, a couple in life and in design, among the most recognizable interpreters of architecture and contemporary design on a global scale. Their approach to form is always organic, inspired by the great movements of nature and geology. With Colombina Fish, they bring this poetics into the most intimate dimension of the table: the everyday act of eating becomes a sensory experience, where every individual piece in the set conveys a coherent and recognizable vision. At Stilmobili, we chose Colombina Fish because it represents exactly that category of objects that know how to be on the table without seeking attention, yet are impossible to ignore. It is the ideal cutlery for those who set a table with the same care they use when choosing a work of art, for those who never separate beauty from usefulness and consider the table a space for authentic expression.
