Alessi — Colombina Fish FM23/20 | 18/10 fish serving knife

There is something almost sculptural about the way the Colombina Fish serving knife rests in the hands. The 18/10 stainless steel blade, polished to capture the light discreetly, extends into a handle with a fluid, recognizable geometry: neither rigid nor whimsical, but drawn into a curve that seems to want to imitate the movement of water. Twenty-six centimeters of form designed to accompany the most refined moments at the table, when fish becomes an occasion for ceremony and the act of serving takes on the significance of a ritual. Colombina Fish was created by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, partners in life and in their work, globally renowned architects whom Alessi successfully brought into one of its most elegant ventures. The Fuksas signature is unmistakable: volumes that interact with space, surfaces that are not content merely to be functional but aspire to an aesthetic presence of their own. Applied to cutlery, this approach produces objects that do not disappear into the table setting, but punctuate it with a subtle, sophisticated personality. We chose Colombina Fish for its rare ability to be both a precise tool and an object to contemplate. It is the ideal complement for those who set a table with intention - not necessarily formally, but always thoughtfully. It pairs naturally with white porcelain or dark stoneware, and finds its most authentic expression at dinners where detail is already, in itself, a message. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, length 27 cm. Part of the Colombina collection designed by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas for Alessi. End-of-line item - limited availability.
