Alessi — Convivio DC100/20 | Chipperfield trilaminated steel pot

There is a quiet quality to the Convivio pot that reveals itself only when you hold it: the calibrated weight of the trilaminate, the satin-finished surface that catches the light without flaunting it, and the steel handles with a PVD finish that provide a firm yet elegant grip. It is an object designed to last, both in its materials and its aesthetics - 18/10 stainless steel on the outside, aluminium at its core for even heat distribution, and magnetic steel at the base for full compatibility with induction cooktops. A structure that leaves nothing to chance. Convivio was born from the collaboration between David Chipperfield - one of the most influential architects on the international scene, known for a formal rigor capable of becoming emotion - and Pietro Leemann, visionary chef of Milan's Joia restaurant, Europe's first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant. Their dialogue produced a collection in which the kitchen as a living space and the kitchen as a daily practice meet: each piece is designed to sit on the heat with the same dignity it would have on a carefully set table. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it embodies the rarity we seek in every offering: the ability to turn the ordinary act of cooking, serving, and sharing into a mindful experience. It is the ideal pot for those who love to cook attentively and refuse to compromise on aesthetic consistency, even in the kitchen. For those who see the cooktop as an extension of their taste, not a backdrop. Project notes: diameter 20 cm, capacity 5.7 litres, dimensions with handles 29.5 × 17 cm.
