Alessi — Convivio DC114/28 | 28 cm trilaminated sauté pan

There is a quiet quality to Convivio that can be perceived even before it is placed on the heat. The satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel surface reflects the kitchen light with the same composure as an object designed to last, not to amaze. The trilaminate body — stainless steel, an aluminum core, and a magnetic base — distributes heat with a uniformity that transforms cooking into something closer to artisanal precision. The internal ceramic non-stick coating completes the character of the piece: clean, uncompromising, and quietly capable. The Convivio project was born from the unlikely yet successful meeting of David Chipperfield — a world-renowned British architect, known for his ability to combine formal rigor with human warmth — and Pietro Leemann, a Ticinese chef with a Zen-inspired approach who leads Milan's Joia, Europe's first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant. This collaboration gave rise to a line of cookware that brings to the kitchen the same attention to detail that the two creators devote to their preferred environments: the form is essential, almost architectural, but never cold. We chose Convivio because it perfectly represents what we look for when curating our selection: objects that do not demand attention, but stand the test of time through their intrinsic quality. It is the ideal pan for those who cook mindfully, who recognize cooking as an act of design as much as an everyday gesture. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction. Project notes: diameter 28 cm, capacity 250 cl, rim height 9.5 cm. Steel handle with PVD finish. Total length 50 cm. Net weight 2.1 kg.
