Alessi — Convivio DC200/20 | Satin-finished stainless steel lid

There is a grammar of silence that belongs to the most successful objects: one that emerges when form and function stop negotiating and finally reach an agreement. The Convivio DC200/20 lid belongs to this rare family. Made of satin-finished 18/10 stainless steel, with a diameter of twenty centimeters, it is a piece that is recognizable at first glance for its composure: no superfluous ornament, no concession to decoration, just the precise tension of a surface that captures the kitchen light and returns it discreetly. Convivio was born from the unlikely - and therefore extraordinary - meeting between David Chipperfield and Pietro Leemann. The former, a world-renowned British architect known for a formal rigor that spans museums, residences, and public spaces around the world; the latter, philosopher-chef of Milan's Joia restaurant and a pioneer of haute vegetarian cuisine in Italy. Two seemingly distant sensibilities, united by the same faith in essentials. The result is a collection of pots and accessories that interprets cooking as a cultural act, a domestic ritual worthy of the same attention given to architecture or the table. At Stilmobili, we chose Convivio because it embodies exactly what we look for when selecting an object for the kitchen: the ability to be present without imposing itself, to outlast trends, and to elevate the everyday gesture. It is the ideal complement for those who have already chosen a designer kitchen and want every element - even the one hidden beneath a lid - to contribute to a coherent dialogue of style and quality. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, satin finish, diameter 20 cm, height 4.5 cm. Part of the Alessi Palinsesto fall/winter collection. Compatible with the pots in the Convivio line.
