Alessi — Delight NZ04 NZ04SET3 | Set of 2 blown glass Christmas ornaments

There is one word that in design, as in life, is worth more than a thousand technical specifications: pleasure. Delight - joy, enchantment - is exactly what these two blown-glass spheres promise when they find their place among the branches of the tree. Hand-blown, they capture and reflect light with the generosity characteristic of handcrafted glass: every reflection is unexpected, every gleam unique. Six centimeters in diameter, enough to change the visual quality of an entire room. The collection is designed by Nika Zupanc, a Slovenian designer among the most original voices in the contemporary European scene. Her work gracefully moves between references to classic Central European design and an almost narrative sense of detail, capable of transforming every object into a small story. With Delight - part of the AlessiPalinsesto fall/winter line - Zupanc brings that same formal care that distinguishes her most celebrated pieces to the world of Christmas decorations: nothing is left to chance, not even what is meant to seem ephemeral. At Stilmobili, we chose Delight because we believe that seasonal decoration also deserves the same critical attention given to a piece of furniture or a lamp. This set is designed for those who see Christmas as an opportunity for aesthetic care, not accumulation; for those who want every element of the home - even the smallest, even the one destined to disappear in January - to carry a precise meaning. Project notes: handcrafted blown glass, 6 cm diameter for each sphere, set of two pieces. Lightweight, elegant packaging also suitable as a gift. AlessiPalinsesto collection, fall/winter.
