Alessi — Dervisci ITM20 | 18/10 stainless steel tumbler

There is something hypnotic about Dervisci: its cylindrical form in 18/10 stainless steel captures the light and returns it in shifting reflections, almost as if it were moving. Holding it in your hands means experiencing the coolness of the metal as it warms to the touch, the understated solidity of an object that has nothing to prove and yet continues to surprise. A glass - if it can still be called simply that - that transforms the everyday act of drinking into something more mindful, almost ritualistic. Dervisci was created as part of *Il Tornitore Matto*, the collection designed by Michele De Lucchi for Alessi: a project in which the renowned Milanese architect and designer - one of the leading figures of the Memphis Group and among the most perceptive voices in contemporary Italian design - explored the expressive possibilities of turning, translating pure rotation as a formal and poetic principle into tableware. The name itself, Dervisci, evokes the whirling dervishes of the Sufi tradition: the spinning top, the vortex, the ecstasy of a form revolving around itself. A sophisticated inspiration, carried with lightness. At Stilmobili, we chose Dervisci because it embodies a vision of tableware that goes beyond function. It is the right object for those who want every detail of their home to tell a story - for those who do not separate aesthetics from everyday use. Ideal as a design gift or as a distinctive addition to an already carefully curated table, it pairs naturally with both formal dinnerware and more contemporary, informal settings. Project notes: 18/10 stainless steel, diameter 9.40 cm, height 9.50 cm. Net weight 250 g. Il Tornitore Matto collection, design by Michele De Lucchi.
