Alessi — Dressed MW07 | Round stainless steel tray

There is something deeply theatrical about the way Dressed presents itself: a mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel disc, interrupted by an embossed decoration that seems embroidered onto the metal surface like lace suspended in time. The reflection multiplies, the touch reveals an unexpected texture, and what could be a simple tray becomes an object to contemplate before it is even used. With its 35-centimeter diameter, it occupies the center of the table with the quiet confidence of something that knows it is exactly where it belongs. Dressed is one of the most recognizable expressions of the collaboration between Alessi and Marcel Wanders, the Dutch designer who has made ornamental detail his poetic signature. Wanders - founder of Moooi and a leading figure in international design since the 1990s - brings to this collection his ability to blend the handcrafted with the industrial, the romantic with the rational. The embossed decoration is not ornament for its own sake: it is a narrative, a tribute to the European manufacturing tradition reinterpreted through the precision of Alessi craftsmanship. At Stilmobili, we chose Dressed because it represents what we are always looking for: an object that transforms an everyday gesture - setting the table, serving, gathering - into a moment of considered style. It is ideal for those who furnish with intention, for those who see the table as a space for aesthetic care, and for those who know that true luxury lives in the details we touch every day. Project notes: round tray, polished 18/10 stainless steel, embossed decoration, diameter 35 cm, weight 865 g. Alessi Palinsesto spring/summer collection.
