Alessi — Edo | 18/10 Stainless Steel Casserole with Urquiola Design

Alessi Edo - The saucepan that reinterprets the act of cooking

There is a ritual to placing a saucepan on the heat: the metallic sound, the rising steam, the heat spreading slowly. Alessi's Edo saucepan, designed by Patricia Urquiola, brings to the kitchen the same formal care reserved for objects made to last. The handles, with their warm brown PVD coating, transform an everyday tool into a distinctive piece that can remain on the cooktop without needing to be hidden.

Why we chose it for you

Since 1921, Alessi has worked at the intersection of industry and applied arts, collaborating with the most respected designers on the international scene. Patricia Urquiola carries this heritage into the Edo collection with a language that balances technical rigor and material sensitivity. The choice of 18/10 stainless steel - the same material used in the historic pieces from the Factory - is not a neutral detail: it ensures corrosion resistance, lasting brilliance, and a formal simplicity that is difficult to find elsewhere. It is the kind of object Stilmobili selects when quality and design speak the same language.
