Alessi — Edo PU11 | High nonstick aluminum pan

Edo is a pan that does not hide. The deep black of the non-stick coating contrasts with the bronze warmth of the PVD-treated stainless steel handle, creating a chromatic dialogue that transforms an everyday object into a piece with a precise visual character. Tall and capacious, with a silhouette that evokes a professional pan without sacrificing domestic elegance, Edo occupies the cooktop as naturally as it rests on a set table. Patricia Urquiola lends this project her unmistakable vision, bringing to the kitchen a formal architecture tempered by a tactile, material sensibility that is the hallmark of all her work. Urquiola - a Barcelona resident by adoption and a Milanese by choice - has built over the years a design vocabulary capable of bringing together rigorous function and sensory pleasure. Edo was born from precisely this tension: a pan designed for real cooking, with a magnetic steel base compatible with induction, while also being an object that tells a story of carefully studied materials and proportions. At Stilmobili, we chose Edo because it represents exactly what we look for when we view the kitchen as a design space. It is the ideal gift for those who love to cook without sacrificing aesthetics, for those who never see furnishing and everyday use as separate worlds. It is intended for those who want a kitchen where every object has formal dignity - from the cooktop to the lid drawer. Project notes: aluminum body with black non-stick coating; 18/10 stainless steel handle with brown PVD finish; magnetic base suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
