Alessi — Gianni AMDR06 W | Airtight jar with a white resin figurine

There is something tender and ironic at once in Gianni's gesture: arms clasped around the lid, the body becoming a handle, the human presence transforming an everyday object into a small, silent story. The airtight transparent glass jar meets a white thermoplastic resin lid from which this stylized figure emerges - compact, essential, and capable of inhabiting a kitchen countertop or shelf with the same naturalness as a carefully chosen ornament. Gianni was created through a collaboration between the Alessi Study Center and Mattia Di Rosa, an illustrator and visual artist whose creative universe is populated by quirky, affectionate characters suspended between naïve drawing and a subtle poetic unease. The "A di Alessi" collection is the laboratory in which the Crusinallo-based brand explores the boundary between functional object and visual storytelling, giving designers a free language with which to reinterpret the containers of domestic life. Di Rosa brings his unmistakable signature to this project: the little man who "holds on" is a universal archetype, almost a metaphor for being in the world. At Stilmobili, we chose Gianni because it is exactly the kind of object that tells you who owns it without needing to say so. It is ideal for those who love design with a smile, for those who furnish a kitchen with the same care given to the living room, or for those looking for a tasteful gift beyond the most predictable choices - original without being extravagant, ironic without being banal. Project notes: capacity 140 cl, diameter 10.50 cm, height 20.50 cm. Airtight closure. White thermoplastic resin lid with a three-dimensional figure. A di Alessi collection, fall/winter lineup.
