Alessi — Gorì AG05 | Stainless steel Christmas decoration

There is something suspended and precious about Gorì, as if Christmas had found its most essential and luminous form. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-like surface, this small hanging sculpture captures light and reflects it back multiplied, transforming every branch of the tree into a point of soft, reflected light. Its compact dimensions — approximately nine centimetres per side — make it both discreet and magnetic, a presence that catches the eye without dominating. Gorì was created by Anna Gili, a Milanese designer with an immediately recognizable style, equally at home in the world of everyday objects and that of pure decoration. The design entered the Alessi catalogue in May 2010 as part of the AlessiPalinsesto collection, an editorial program that gave space to authorial visions even within the world of festive celebrations. The figure belongs to Alessi's Christmas decorations line, a field in which the Fabbrica dei sogni has always known how to elevate the domestic ritual of Christmas into a gesture of conscious style. At Stilmobili, we chose Gorì because it evokes Christmas without rhetoric, with the same luminous simplicity that guides our selection. It is the right ornament for those who love the holidays but detest kitsch, and for those seeking a quality gift that can last for years and return every December with its own little story to tell. Now discontinued and marked as end of series, Gorì is also a collectible piece for enthusiasts of the Alessi world.
