Alessi — Itsumo NF16S G | Fukasawa silicone mat for pets

There is a sense of domestic tranquility in the daily act of feeding an animal. Itsumo - which in Japanese means "always", "as always" - was created to accompany that ritual with the same care devoted to designer tableware. The non-slip silicone mat placed beneath the bowls lies discreetly on the floor, with its elongated shape and soft, neutral gray, able to complement any interior without ever disturbing the room's visual composition. Naoto Fukasawa is among the most respected Japanese designers in the world, known for a design philosophy defined by essence and silent presence. His stylistic signature - reducing to the minimum without impoverishing, finding the form that seems to have always existed - is also revealed in an apparently humble object like this one. The non-slip silicone ensures stability during meals, protecting the floor from splashes and scratches, but it is the tactile quality, the precision of the edges, and the proper weight in the hand that immediately reveal the origin of a project conceived down to the last detail. At Stilmobili, we chose Itsumo because we believe that good design knows no exceptions: not even in the seemingly secondary corners of the home. It is the ideal accessory for those who have carefully considered every detail of their space and want the area dedicated to their four-legged companion to share that aesthetic consistency. A refined gift for those who love design and animals in equal measure. Project notes: non-slip silicone mat, gray color. Dimensions 49 × 27 cm. Available in the Small version. Suitable for dogs and cats. Alessi collection, spring/summer season.
