The Joy round tray, designed by Claudia Raimondo, is born thanks to a refined contemporary moulding technique: the sheet of steel becomes both shape and decoration. The faceting itself designs the shape of the objects: large and open, with unclear edges, with their play of light reflections they recall the memory of objects hand-crafted in precious metals. The texture evokes the backgrounds of the digital world and reinterprets steel by playing on the indeterminacy of the design that makes the object similar to something fluid and natural even if crystallized in a solid material.
