Alessi — KnifeForkSpoon AJM22/2 | 18/10 table fork

There is a kind of intelligence in knowing what to leave out. The AJM22/2 fork from Jasper Morrison's KnifeForkSpoon collection belongs to that rare category of objects that do not seek attention, yet command it. Made of 18/10 stainless steel and polished to a restrained, continuous shine, it presents the table as a space of balance: nothing is excessive, everything is in its place. Its weight in the hand is measured, and the proportion between handle and tines is resolved with the naturalness that only the most disciplined design can achieve. Jasper Morrison - one of the most influential British designers of his generation - conceived KnifeForkSpoon for Alessi as part of Alessi's A Collection, a line designed to bring auteur design into everyday accessibility without ever compromising quality. Morrison has always been an interpreter of an aesthetic he himself defined as "super normal": objects that seem to have always existed because they are right in their essence. In this 19-centimetre table fork, that philosophy takes physical form. At Stilmobili, we chose it because we believe that a cutlery set is much more than a tool: it is the first expression of care with which we welcome those who sit at our table. The AJM22/2 is ideal for those who love a contemporary, rigorous aesthetic, and for those who equip their kitchen with the same care they devote to every other detail of the home. It pairs gracefully with both a formal table and an intimate, homely lunch. Design notes: 18/10 stainless steel, length 19 cm, weight 61 g. Part of the complete KnifeForkSpoon set, available in various versions. Alessi's A Collection, autumn/winter range.
