Alessi — KnifeForkSpoon AJM22/6M | Stainless steel fruit knife

There is a formal purity to the KnifeForkSpoon fruit knife that belongs to the family of essential things: those that need no explanation. Made of AISI 420 stainless steel as a single-piece object, it emerges from the perfect fusion of blade and handle in a single gesture of polished metal. The hand recognizes it before the eye even analyzes it - the right weight, the exact profile, the temperature of the steel that slowly yields to the warmth of the grip. KnifeForkSpoon is one of the most representative works of the partnership between Alessi and Jasper Morrison, one of the most influential British designers of his generation and a theorist of what he himself defined as "Super Normal" - the aesthetics of everyday life elevated through reduction. Morrison approached cutlery as one approaches a silent manifesto: eliminating everything unnecessary and returning objects to the table that seem to have always existed. The collection is part of the "A di Alessi" project, a line designed to make quality design accessible without compromising its vision. At Stilmobili, we chose KnifeForkSpoon because it perfectly embodies that tension between industry and poetry that has always guided our selection. It is ideal for those who set the table with the same care they use when choosing a book or a print to hang: for those who know that even a fruit knife can quietly be an act of style. Project notes: 18 cm length, one-piece construction in AISI 420, part of the KnifeForkSpoon series - available in multiple configurations for complete table settings. Alessi's A Collection, fall/winter lineup.
