Koki was created through a collaboration between Alessi - the Italian applied arts workshop founded in 1921 on Lake Orta - and designer Valerio Sommella, and joins the Objet Bijoux family: kitchen objects that are at once utensils and small domestic sculptures. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, it combines the material's solidity with a formal lightness that sets it apart from any conventional gelato accessory.
