Details: The "Orion's Belt" project, designed by Richard Sapper, was dedicated to the public of "private gourmets": that is, to those enthusiasts of intelligent and creative cooking whose culinary passion often takes them to the edge of professional utensils. For this reason, most of the containers are produced in a special bilamina (exterior in high-thickness copper + interior in 18/10 stainless steel) that has professional characteristics and allows the advantages of copper in terms of conduction and homogeneous distribution of heat to be recovered in the kitchen, coupled with the great hygiene of stainless steel in the internal wall.
