Alessi — Mami SG302 | 18/10 stainless steel milk saucepan

There is something deeply familiar about the Mami's shape: a silhouette that seems to have always existed in Italian kitchens, yet is capable of surprising every time it rests on the cooktop. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish that captures and reflects the light in the room, this 1.3-liter milk pot offers an immediate tactile quality - the right weight in the hands, a precise spout, and a handle that naturally invites you to grasp it. The magnetic steel base makes it compatible with all cooktops, including induction. Mami was born in 2000 from the mind of Stefano Giovannoni, a Tuscan designer who has built his creative vision around the idea of objects capable of evoking archetypal emotions. The name itself is a declaration of intent: a universal, childlike, affectionate word that evokes care, nourishment, and the most intimate dimension of the home. Giovannoni reinterprets the forms of Italian culinary tradition through a contemporary, clean language, without nostalgia or irony - only sincere design intelligence in service of everyday life. We chose it for Stilmobili because it represents exactly what we look for: objects that do not merely function, but inhabit a space with a discreet and authentic presence. The Mami SG302 is ideal for those who want to create a kitchen where every detail reflects a conscious choice, far from anonymous mass production. It is as refined a gift as it is suited to everyday use - intended for those who consider the ritual of breakfast or afternoon tea a moment worthy of aesthetic care.
