Alessi - Stainless Steel Two-Compartment Glass Holder

Alessi ESI19 Mediterraneo Cup Holder — Coral at the Table

There is something hypnotic about the way coral branches open into space: sinuous, branching, able to hold without constricting. Emma Silvestris has translated this natural geometry into stainless steel, transforming an everyday gesture - offering a glass - into a small ritual of beauty. The ESI19 cup holder does not hide on the counter: it stands out, like a piece of the sea brought into the kitchen.

Why we chose it for you

For over a century, Alessi has worked at the boundary between industry and applied art, entrusting its objects to designers capable of reinventing the ordinary. The Mediterraneo collection is a precise example of this philosophy: it starts with an icon of nature - coral - and studies its form until making it functional, without betraying its soul. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, the alloy Alessi chooses to ensure shine and durability over time, this cup holder is a piece that tells a story every time it is used.
