Alessi — Mediterraneo | Steel Candle Holder

Alessi Mediterraneo — Light as an Object of Desire

There is something ancient and precious about the act of lighting a candle at the table. Alessi's Mediterraneo candle holder transforms this ritual into a moment of pure aesthetic pleasure: the polished steel surface captures and reflects the flame, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere around it. A piece that knows how to remain quiet, yet never goes unnoticed.

Why we chose it for you

Since 1921, Alessi has transformed everyday objects into small works of applied design. Founded in Crusinallo on Lake Orta, the company has made collaboration with designers and artists its distinctive hallmark. Mediterraneo, designed by Emma Silvestris, is a faithful example of this philosophy: an object that engages with tradition while decisively belonging to the present. The choice of polished 18/10 stainless steel is not merely aesthetic — it guarantees durability and reflects the artisanal rigor that characterizes every Alessi piece.
