Details: Iconic nutcracker Sweetheart JHT03, inspired by the story of the Australian crocodile of the same name, designed by Jim Hannon-Tan for Alessi. It is sturdy and practical to use, suitable for opening all types of dried fruit. The front part is serrated and designed to crush smaller fruits, the concave internal structure welcomes and holds the shells firmly. The rear part with a serrated structure is suitable for easily crushing larger nuts, such as walnuts.
