Alessi — Pots&Pans AJM101/16 | Jasper Morrison 16 cm saucepan

There is a disarming purity to the AJM101/16 saucepan from the Pots&Pans collection: polished 18/10 stainless steel, two symmetrical handles, a shape that makes no decorative concessions. Yet within its rigorous simplicity lies something warm, almost domestic. The surface reflects the kitchen light like a slightly curved mirror, and the hand immediately recognizes the solidity of the metal, the right weight, and the balance of an object designed to last. Jasper Morrison - the undisputed master of quiet design, the kind that does not shout but endures - has created this collection for Alessi with the same philosophical consistency that runs through his entire body of work. Designed as part of the "A di Alessi" line, Pots&Pans stems from the idea that the kitchen deserves objects capable of combining the formal discipline of European design with the most practical everyday functionality. The magnetic steel base ensures compatibility with all cooktops, including induction, without compromising the overall aesthetic by a millimeter. At Stilmobili, we chose this saucepan because it perfectly represents the kind of object we love: one that needs no introduction. It is ideal for those who furnish their kitchen with the same care they use when choosing a sofa or a graphic artwork, for those who see cooking as a cultural act as well as a nutritional one, and for those who want even everyday tools to have a story to tell. Project notes: capacity 160 cl, diameter 16 cm, dimensions 17.5 × 16 × 9 cm. 18/10 stainless steel, magnetic base compatible with induction. A di Alessi collection, designed by Jasper Morrison.
