The Pulcina coffee maker, designed by Michele de Lucchi, is the result of extensive research into optimising the shape of the coffee maker to improve and enhance the organoleptic properties of coffee. Thanks to the internal shape of its special boiler, Pulcina automatically interrupts the coffee flow at the right time. This interruption eliminates the Strombolian phase – the final extraction phase that generates a burnt and bitter aftertaste – and allows you to obtain only the best of the coffee, enhancing its full-bodied and rounded aroma. The spout is well-pronounced and its typical V-shape, reminiscent of a chick's beak, is defined in such a way as to perfectly cut the drop during pouring. Practical and functional, Pulcina does not require any particular precautions to prepare coffee compared to a traditional moka. Package contents
