Alessi — Santiago DC05/14 | Chipperfield salad servers

There is a precise measure to the gesture of serving salad: a broad, almost ritual movement that calls for tools of equal stature. David Chipperfield's Santiago cutlery responds with the same essentiality that distinguishes all his work - 18/10 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish, forms that never give in to superfluous ornamentation, and a twenty-five-centimeter length that perfectly balances grip and function. Holding them is already an experience: the weight is distributed with the naturalness that only a project conceived down to the last detail can deliver. David Chipperfield is one of the most rigorous and respected architects of his generation - the creator of museums, libraries, and public spaces around the world, always faithful to an idea of beauty born from subtraction. His collaboration with Alessi brings that same philosophy to the everyday table: nothing unnecessary, everything in its proper place. Santiago is the name of this cutlery collection, a coherent and refined system that accompanies every moment of the meal with an unchanging formal identity. At Stilmobili, we chose Santiago because it represents exactly what we believe in: design that does not shout, recognized for its intrinsic quality rather than its visual impact. It is the ideal complement to a contemporary table, for those who want even their tableware accessories to carry a story and a signature. Perfect as a collectible gift or as an addition to an existing set from the same line. Project notes: Material: 18/10 stainless steel, length 25 cm, net weight 373 g. Part of the Alessi collection designed by David Chipperfield, available in the fall/winter season.
