Alessi — Stella Cometa AGJ01 5 | Porcelain Christmas figurine dipi

A comet crossing the winter sky and coming to rest on the tree branch: Alessi's Comet Star is a small porcelain sculpture that carries all the suspended magic of Christmas. Its soft forms and hand-painted decoration tell the story of an object that does more than simply adorn; it inhabits the space with a quiet, luminous presence. Each piece is unique in its precious imperfection, a tangible sign of the artisan's hand. The Comet Star is part of the *A di Alessi* collection, a collaborative project that for years has brought together artists, illustrators and designers around the theme of Christmas, reinterpreted with irony, poetry and formal research. In this case, the signature is twofold — Massimo Giacon and Marcello Jori — two leading figures on the Italian scene of design, comics and visual art, capable of translating a festive imaginary that eludes the rhetoric of the predictable into a three-dimensional object. The result is a piece with a distinct personality, carrying within it the visual grammar of two authors with an unmistakable view of the world. At Stilmobili, we chose this figurine because it perfectly embodies what we look for in Christmas decorations: not just a simple ornament, but a small designer gesture to give as a gift or keep for yourself. It is ideal for those who want to create a tasteful Christmas, far from mass-produced uniformity, made up of pieces that withstand the seasons and become part of their domestic story. Project notes: hand-decorated porcelain, dimensions 8 × 5 × 9 cm, weight 174 g. A di Alessi collection, autumn/winter range.
