Alessi — STEN ABGMP3626R | red non-stick aluminum saucepan

There is something immediately recognizable about STEN: the bright red of the exterior coating - pigmented, bold, almost declarative - stands out on the cooktop like an object that does not want to go unnoticed. The saucepan is made of aluminum with a non-stick interior coating, for even cooking and effortless cleaning. The steel handles with silicone coating provide a secure and comfortable grip, while the glass lid lets you keep an eye on the cooking without lifting it, topped with a knob also made of silicone-coated steel that maintains the overall formal coherence. STEN was created by Giulio Iacchetti, one of the most recognizable Milanese designers in the Italian industrial design scene - twice a winner of the Compasso d'Oro award, he is able to transform everyday objects into small statements of style. In his approach to design for Alessi, Iacchetti brings the same attention he gives to iconic objects: nothing is left to chance, not even the color, which becomes a design element rather than mere decoration. At Stilmobili, we chose STEN because it embodies a clear vision: the kitchen as a space for care and beauty, not just functionality. It is the right saucepan for those who love to cook with an eye for aesthetics, and who refuse to compromise on the quality of their tools even when it comes to everyday use. It is designed for those who want every object in their home - even the one on the stove - to say something about them. Project notes: diameter 20 cm, capacity 2.9 liters, overall dimensions 26 × 10.5 cm. Part of the Alessi Palinsesto fall/winter collection, now discontinued - limited availability.
