Alessi — Tama GIA302 | Iacchetti light blue aluminum milk frothing pitcher

There is something suspended between the useful and the poetic in Giulio Iacchetti's Tama: an aluminum milk saucepan coated in a blue that recalls the early-morning sky, when the milk warms slowly and time seems to stretch. The form is domestic and reassuring; the color transforms it into an object of presence - something that stands out on the cooktop, that is chosen with care, that expresses a distinct taste. The 18/10 stainless steel handle introduces a subtle material tension: the coolness of the metal against the warmth of the painted surface, industrial precision alongside the body's roundness. Giulio Iacchetti is one of the Italian designers most capable of giving new dignity to everyday objects - those that inhabit kitchens without ever really being seen. With Tama, part of the Alessi collection, he manages to restore character to one of the most ordinary kitchen items, transforming it into a small manifesto of democratic design. The interior non-stick coating addresses a concrete practical need: milk does not stick, cleaning is easy, and the function is impeccable. We chose Tama because it perfectly embodies what we look for when selecting objects for Stilmobili: the ability to make the inevitable beautiful. It is the ideal gift for those who love the kitchen as a space for care, for those who compose their home with attention even to its quietest details. A collectible piece, also by virtue of its classification as a discontinued item, which gives it the rare allure of something that will not be repeated. Project notes: capacity 180 cl, diameter 14 cm, height 11.8 cm. Aluminum with a non-stick coating, 18/10 stainless steel handle. Alessi collection, designed by Giulio Iacchetti.
