Alessi — Tsumiki ME01 B | Black metal and resin portable lamp

Tsumiki is a silent, geometric presence, capable of turning any surface into a small stage of light. Its form - spare, almost sculptural - arises from the meeting of metal and thermoplastic resin in a deep black that absorbs the surrounding space and returns it in measured doses through a cone of warm, adjustable light. The capacitive touch dimmer responds discreetly to touch, as though adjusting the light intensity were a natural, almost tactile gesture, an integral part of the user experience. Carrying it from one room to another - thanks to the rechargeable battery via USB-C - is a simple act that redefines the very concept of a lamp. The design is by MEDUM, a design studio that brings to this object a compositional sensibility attentive to formal balance and consistency between function and visual language. Tsumiki is part of the Alessi Palinsesto fall/winter collection, a seasonal editorial program through which Alessi explores new expressive territories while preserving its vocation: transforming everyday objects into pieces capable of communicating a point of view on the world. We at Stilmobili chose it because it embodies something rare: the ability to be useful without giving up being beautiful. It is the ideal lamp for those who furnish with intention, for those seeking a bedside, reading, or table lamp that does not shout for attention, but asserts its presence with quiet elegance. It adapts to contemporary and minimalist interiors, while fitting just as naturally into eclectic spaces where black becomes an element of visual cohesion.
