Atmosphere - Light & Colour Metal | Globe Lamp

Atmosphere Light & Colour Metal belongs to that rare category of objects capable of being, at the same time, tools for acquiring knowledge and luminous presences in the home. Designed by the Danish studio Tools® — creators of more than 350 international awards — this globe lamp, thirty centimeters in diameter and thirty-nine centimeters high, arises from the meeting of precision cartography and a distinctly Nordic formal sensibility, refined by the Italian taste of made in Italy. The impact-resistant polystyrene sphere reproduces the Earth's surface with accuracy and detail, while the polymethyl methacrylate base with non-slip foot ensures balance and stability without sacrificing the visual lightness of the whole.

The metallic finish of the Metal subcollection gives the globe a precious, iridescent character that interacts with the integrated LED light — 2W, 3000K, 200 lumens — spreading an amber warmth capable of transforming the geographical object into a true light source. On or off, the lamp retains a distinctive presence: on a desk, on a shelf, or as the focal point of a decorative arrangement, it carries the reminder that the world is larger, and more beautiful, than everyday life allows us to imagine.
