Atmosphere - Moon | Posh Edition Globe Lamp

Atmosphere NG Moon Posh Edition is an object that belongs to that rare category of things capable of suspending time. The thirty-centimeter-diameter sphere faithfully reproduces the Moon's surface with rigorous topographical accuracy - seas, craters, highlands - just as National Geographic documents and recounts it: with the same scientific care devoted to Earth, applied to the silence of our satellite. It is not a symbolic representation, but a map. An act of knowledge transformed into light.

The satin-finished stainless steel base supports the sphere at an overall height of fifty-two centimeters, achieving the right balance between presence and lightness. The matte, tactile metal amplifies by contrast the diffuse glow from the integrated LED bulb - 2W, warm 3000K light, 200 lumens - which passes through the sphere, transforming every lunar sea into a soft, precious radiance. At night, when lit, this lamp does not illuminate a room: it inhabits it.

Placing it on a desk, bedside table, or library shelf means choosing an object that carries with it an ever-open question: the one humanity has addressed to the Moon since first looking up at the sky.
