Le Stelle — Mandala | Kitchen Scale

Le Stelle - "Mandala" Scale - When Measurement Becomes Contemplation

Not all kitchen objects are limited to carrying out their task. Le Stelle's "Mandala" Scale chooses to go further: it enters the worktop as a decorative element would, transforming the everyday act of weighing into a visual, almost meditative pause. It is proof that form and function can share the same space without compromise.

The Mandala Design

The mandala pattern decorating the upper plate is not a simple print: it is a visual architecture crafted with artisanal care, in which geometric and floral interweavings radiate from the center outward with perfect symmetry. In Eastern traditions, the mandala is a symbol of universal harmony and inner balance - values that find unexpected expression in a precision instrument such as a scale. The result is an object that engages with the aesthetics of contemporary kitchens without giving up its own strong visual identity. Designed by Digiglio Bomboniere for Le Stelle, this scale is intended as a signature piece capable of occupying the worktop even when it is not being used, becoming part of the domestic landscape.
