Arti & Mestieri Scalea — The Shelf That Redefines Space

There is something elegant about the way Scalea rises: a stepped structure that organizes space with order and character, without ever sacrificing lightness. Each shelf is an invitation — to place a book, a small sculpture, a cut flower — allowing the arrangement to become a story.

Why we chose it for you

Since 1977, Arti & Mestieri has been transforming iron into objects that unite functionality and beauty, bending and painting each piece with distinctly Italian craftsmanship. Scalea brings this philosophy into the home with a precise formal gesture: the structure results from the combination of two elements in different colors, creating a contrast that does not shout but captivates. The perforated side with a triangular texture — the same geometric motif as the Piper umbrella stand — lightens the presence of the iron and adds an unmistakable signature. Three color combinations are available: black/marble white, beige/black, marble white/jade.

Ideal for

Scalea fits naturally in the entryway — where it neatly holds keys and decorations — but also finds its place in the living room or hallway, wherever a piece is needed that takes up little depth while offering plenty of vertical storage. It is also a thoughtful home décor gift for anyone who loves receiving pieces with a design story behind them.
