A shirt cabinet that transforms space through material. Ari's galuchat-effect lacquer recalls precious stingray leather, creating a tactile and visual surface that interacts with light. Each drawer embodies attention to detail that distinguishes thoughtful design.
The Ari project
Emanuela Garbin and Mario Dell'Orto developed a shirt cabinet in 2014 in which the wooden structure is enhanced by rare craquelé lacquer, available in the Laguna and Deserto tones. The drawers glide with soft-close return, the interior is finished in deep black, while the handles and base in glossy black nickel complete the construction's elegance. Every element — from the surface texture to the proportions — conveys a formal exploration that combines function and material poetry.
