Flou's Gaudí belongs to this select group - a sofa that carries with it the memory of fine wood and the softness of textiles, creating a refined space for conviviality.
The Gaudí Design
Designed by Matteo Nunziati in 2021, Gaudí stems from the meeting of two complementary materials: solid wood - the undisputed protagonist - and the upholstered covering that rests upon it. The wood is not limited to the feet: it rises along the armrests and backrest, forming a sinuous, continuous framework that gives the sofa its unmistakable silhouette. The material's natural curves define the shape of the design even before the fabric comes into play.
Gaudí is available in two sizes - one more spacious and one more compact, also designed for hospitality and contract settings - adapting with equal elegance to private living rooms and reception areas. Available wood finishes range from natural ash to coffee-stained and black-stained ash, as well as natural iroko and coffee-stained iroko, allowing the character of the piece to be calibrated to the atmosphere of the space.
